Article 2. Wards

6-201.          City divided into wards.

The City is hereby divided into three wards numbered and designated as First, Second and Third.

6-202.          First ward.

All that portion of the city lying north of the center of Main Street and west of the center of First Street shall constitute the First Ward.

All that portion of the city lying south of the center of Main Street and west of the center of First Street shall constitute the Second Ward”.
