12-501. Loitering by unauthorized persons upon the access bridge crossing the South Fork of the Solomon River at the Shady Bend Golf Course prohibited.
(a) No unauthorized persons shall loiter upon the Shady Bend Golf Course access bridge crossing the South Fork of the Solomon River at any time. Authorized persons are defined as city personnel, golf course maintenance personnel, and fire and medical emergency personnel.

12-502. Fishing from access bridge crossing the South Fork of the Solomon River at the Shady Bend Golf Course prohibited at certain times.
(a) No person shall, at any time between sunrise and sunset, fish from the access bridge that crosses the South Fork of the Solomon River and provides access to Shady Bend Golf Course for the golfing public, city personnel, golf course management and maintenance personnel, equipment and machinery, and fire and medical emergency personnel and equipment.
(b) Fishing as prohibited herein shall include the use of fishing rods and reels, single and multi-hook lines, limb lines, bank lines, bow fishing, or any other method or device for the catching of fish, the user of which is standing, sitting or otherwise located upon the access bridge or any portion thereof.

12-503. Priority use of access bridge at all times by city and golf course maintenance personnel, fire and medical emergency personnel.
(a) At any time that city personnel, golf course maintenance personnel, and fire and medical emergency personnel require exclusive access and use of the access bridge to address an issue or issues involving the golf course operation or condition, or otherwise of an emergency nature, such access shall be given priority over the use of such access bridge by any citizen for any purpose.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter upon the access bridge crossing the South Fork of the Solomon River at the Shady Bend Golf Course, in violation of Section 12-501; to fish from the access bridge crossing the South Fork of the Solomon River at the Shady Bend Golf Course in violation of Section 12-502; or to fail to yield priority to said access bridge crossing the South Fork of the Solomon River at the Shady Bend Golf Course by authorized personnel in violation of Section 12-503.
(b) Any person found guilty of violating this article is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 for each violation.
(c) The city shall post or cause to be posted in a conspicuous place signs clearly stating that loitering upon and fishing from the access bridge crossing the South Fork of the Solomon River at the Shady Bend Golf Course is prohibited by city ordinance.
